So I just watched the finale where Dave wins the whole show with one arm. If it's real, he is one impressive guy and I'm glad he won.

But I get this weird actor vibe from him. If he's not one, he missed a second calling. I can picture him in movies for some reason.

Just watched her on Craig Ferguson, and their shtik could not have been funnier if they'd rehearsed it... what a talent!

I noticed that she seemed pretty self-conscious about the gap in her smile and I am hoping like crazy she doesn't go and have it "fixed." She's so refreshing to watch, and her scripts for The Office have been so funny, there should be no reason for her to get the chiclet-perfect teeth that every other Hollywood on-screen person...

Anybody watching? I was interested intially to see how Vern Yip and Candace Olson talked about the design efforts. Turns out you don't really get to hear anything but sound bites, but it's still fairly interesting to have their critiques.

OTOH, the challenges puzzle me. If this were really about design, it wouldn't be about leadership and team building. Don't most designers come up with the concepts and such, alone, with minions to do their bidding, but NOT to...
