My guess is that Tommy Boy is keeping the details of Valentine's Day to himself because it involves him, Davey M., some fabulous Bob Mackie gowns they raided from Cher's closet circa 1986 and Judy Garland: Live from London.
Katie probably spent the evening playing with her Hello Kitty dolls and riding her carousel.

you watch - we'll hear nothing more about their valentine's day celebration. Which,by itself, would be no big deal EXCEPT for the fact that the "leaked" to the press that they were doing something special, just another ploy to get them a little cover time and it obviously worked.

Well, we all know what happens when MTP keeps his plans to himself. NOTHING! He kept the plans of their first anniversary and Katie's b'day to himself and we did not hear one word about what they did. This is the man who wanted a city shut down for a wedding that was nothing but a production to scream, 'Look at me!'

Yeah, he's keeping the details to himself... until he releases them to People. I don't know though, we never heard how they celebrated the 1st anniversary of that big Italian party in the castle, or of her birthday in December.
