If the split happens, Suri should go with her mom- the nanny!!! I'm still in the beach ball camp. The nanny looks too much like Suri and Suri seems to have
a closer bond with her than with KAK.

Hmm. . . never been in the nanny is the bio-mom camp, but I agree she probably should raise her since Suri probably spends most of her time with her and the
nanny probably does 99.9% of the actual childcare.
I don't know if I would say Grandma and Grandpa Holmes should raise her. By all accounts, they managed to raise a spoilt, rude twit like KAK. May sound harsh, but I don't hold them blameless for how she turned out. |

Let's hope it's Katie. I guess she's endured Cruise long enough to get her $ettlement if she does bolt. She and Suri can only benefit from getting

I think it's probably safe to assume Suri's guardians are Dainty Dave and one of the scieno brides...Leah, Jenna, Kirstie...or one of Tom's
sisters. But Tom Terrific needn't worry about his mortality since he's OTXVII.

Katie is reportedly on her way back to toledo due to the sudden death of her brother-in-law. Wondering how/if her sister being suddenly widowed will affect Katie's deciison to stay on the west coast and with TT, or if she will make herself more available to her family. So far news is only saying she will be here - no confirmation if Suri or TT will be here as well. |

If Just Jared is to be believed, (see Goebbels new thread) Katie was in dance class this morning. Doesn't sound to me like she's rushing off to Toledo.
Her brother-in-law apparently died on Easter Sunday. Here it is Friday and Katie's still on the west coast. When are the services, I wonder?

Well, that is definately KAK and the other man has to be Will Smith. Still, I am sure after 10 years Nicole Kidman had plenty of dirty on MTP and she
didn't get the kids. Really, without proof in the form of pictures or video would she really have anything to hold over him? Plus, I am sure he and CO$
have plenty on her.

Even if he wasn't doin' it with another person, it's legally impossible to sign away your individual, inalienable rights. Yes, she may have signed
something to that effect, but as I said before, it's about as legally tenable as the Sea Org billion-year contract or freeloader debt.
However, if she signed something that said she gets X dollars per year, and is fully vested after 5 years, then she can always terminate the contract early and not get paid. Maybe she realizes her career is in the shitter and whatever payout she gets for 5 years ain't worth it! |

Even if Katie does know about Tom's relationship with another man, does anyone seriously believe she will spill? Look what Tom has on her - - she
signed a contract with him, agreeing to be his paid girlfriend/fiancee/wife, all the while spouting about how "real" and "amazing" her
relationship was. And for what? To be taken seriously in the industry, or make more money or make the A list? Yeah, I'm sure that will get her a few
fans. And regardless of your personal opinion on where Suri came from - - either Katie agreed to be basted, agreed to pretend to be pregnant while some Sea
Org slave conceived and carried Suri, or Katie passed Suri off as Tom's when she was really JJ's/JH's/CK's/whoever's - - all to promote the
sham of the relationship.
And FWIW, unless she can prove some type of severe abuse or negligence on Tom's part, there is no way in hell she is going to get sole custody of Suri. She may get sole physical custody (although I'd have to wonder why she would want it, short of child support) but no way is a judge going to deny Tom legal custody and visitation. I'd think it more likely that Tom would sue her for custody - - and based on her appearance as well as photos that have shown a seemingly distinct lack of bond between her and Suri, she would appear more so to be the unfit parent.

Absolutely, Kid. I think Tom could even argue "sure, I paid her to be artificially inseminated because I wanted a child so badly and she agreed to turn
over said child to me in exchange for money" or even "I agreed to raise and nurture a child she conceived out of wedlock in exchange for a monetary
settlement."
I'm not saying it makes him look like Father of the Year but it certainly doesn't make her look very good.
