Thank you guys SO MUCH. I can't tell you how (once again) how much your support means to me.

I go to the gym regularly but today I upped my cardio a bit and did heavier weights.

Diet is good but I also read about Omega3. I stocked up on flax, walnuts and a supplement. If I'm not feeling better by next week it's niacin and saunas everyday!

I still don't even have a doctor in my new town so I'll use this to motivate myself to find one. I know it is physiological since everything is going really well right now and my life is bringing me so much joy. It is just the little things that are making me want to throw the peanut butter across the kitchen. You know...PMS'y.

Good advice on the Iron thing. I never would have thought of it.
