Taking care of your body is essential.
Acupuncture can be very good.
Flax and or fish oils can be very good.
Exercise is fantastic for everything you mentioned, but really hard to fit in...
Doctor check up is a good idea, if your doctor is good (goes without saying I guess)

Also, I'm just throwing this out there, I breastfed for a little over 5 years, with breaks for pregnancies (oh, yeah, big fun image
Anyway, not sure how things are going with your DH, haven't been keeping up, but a reconnection there sometimes works wonders. Just sayin'
