I have never seen that large pic of Katherine of Aragon before. She looks very different from her more famous portraits. Does anyone know the painter?

I wish they gave more info about the actual drawing (or is it a painting?) itself. It looks to me to have been drawn in a very modern style. I have seen a painting of a very young Katharine in which she had beautiful reddish-blonde hair.
