After breaking up with someone, who runs back to their ex to tell him/her that you've found your new mate (especially after a mere month or so of the breakup)? First of all, why would that ex care?  It's expected that both parties will move on.  Secondly, if the ex happens to be emotionally stinging from the break up, wouldn't it be a bit cruel at that vulnerable point to ramble on about finding the person of your dreams?  I don't see how the source--either the tabloids or from Katie herself--minimizes his shock of the sudden "romance" between her and Cruise.  The article tries to make Katie sound like she's sharing the news out of thoughtfulness but I reached a completely different conclusion.

"Quietly dating Cruise".  What a freakin' joke that is.  Like, seriously, whoever wrote that is an idiot and a liar.  Plain and simple.

I still believe that whole line about Cruise being Katie's "childhood idol" and how she fantasized about marrying him one day is total bunk.  Hell, I dreamed about hooking up with John Taylor of Duran Duran since the beginning of FOREVER and after finally meeting him in person (sadly, not for a date **sigh**), I don't forget friggin' details like what he wore, what he said, the date or place where I met him, etc.  Katie couldn't explain BASIC details to David Letterman about how she and Tom Cruise first met (well of course she wouldn't go into details because that would blow the whole sham out in the open, now wouldn't it?).  She didn't rattle off and gush about any personal trivialities she learned about Cruise in interviews like a real fangirl.  Total BS.  She just gushed like a braindead moron.  Ugh!  She can't act to save her life.
