I don't think it would be so simple. In Florida, if a couple has a child out of wedlock and then subsequently marries, that child is considered
"legitimate". Since both parties are named on the birth certificate and are now supposedly married, the bio dad would have to get a court order to
get a DNA test. But it's doubtful the court would ever order that because the state has an interest in preserving families. As long as the child has a
dad who is supporting her and with whom she has a relationship, I think bio dad is out of luck.
