You know I saw Stacey from "What not to wear" the other day saying Katie has been dressing really well. Me I'm not any kind of fashion expert, I
can say that I hate something, like skinny jeans, but as far as fashion I'm not really into it. Personally I think Katie dresses kind of oldish but Staceys
job is to dress people so I think she'd know whats up.
So I was kind of surprised to hear Stacey say that when Katie gets booed frequently over here. |

This is no surprise but it's still infuriating. I guess KAK would be an appropriate fashion icon if we were all aiming to dress like 80 year-old spinster librarians, but when is one mainstream media outlet going to have the balls to take on Camp Cruise and point out the obvious; i.e., KAK looks like shit and has ever since the end of 2005/beginning of 2006? Last time I checked, dark circles under your eyes (when you're not sporting ever-present sunglasses) and a bland wardrobe of black, white and various other shades of gray did not a fashion maven make. I just got my hair cut to chin length in the front and a bit shorter in the back and I manage to look presentable, and not like my cat just finished using my head as his litter box or catnap center. Despite my Target budget. Same with my clothes - - I may not have the American Express card that KAK does, and I may not shop in Parisian boutiques or at Barney's, but I don't look like I'm shopping for a retirement facility yet either! If People thinks KAK is one of the best dressed women of the year, what's next? Lohan heads up a "Just Say No" program and Britney teaches a self-esteem class? Jeebus.

I can honestly say I dressed better than KAK as a (nearly) penniless student. I know an 80-something retiree who dresses hipper than KAK-no joke. |

Is Galina legally blind? Because one thing that KAK's clothes rarely are is fit perfectly. It also perpetuates the myth that Team Crazy wants out there that KH wasn't stylish pre-CTC, which is a fallacy. |

When you have the life sucked out of you it doesn't matter what you wear you look terrible. And isn't a fashion icon supposed to inspire women to copy
their styles? That's what Jackie O and Audrey Hepburn were. The Bot is only copying what's been done before, but she's not creating her own style
and thus is no icon.
She looks miserable in those pictures in Paris. She needs girlfriends and her mom and sisters. Isn't it weird that they don't even let her have a woman scieono handler anymore for company? Just those big burly bodyguards. And what fun is making conversations with them, unless they're gay? I bet she is having a miserable stay in Germany. I wonder why Tommy won't let her go back to LA? Aha, maybe he wants her away from Posh, now that she's a suppressive. |

Her fashion line reminds me a lot of Paris's. Neither could ever be accused of being understated. I don't think anyone should be surprised that KAK is on a People Best Dressed list. They've kissed her ass from day 1 of this "relationship" with CTC, why not butter her and her handlers up more by selecting her for this list? Goddam it! I rarely buy Who magazine these days - since they started featuring Paris Hilton in EVERY edition - however I always succumb to the Best Dressed
edition, even if I don't always agree with their choices. But this time they are so wrong (w.r.t. KAK) I just can't in all consciousness buy it. Well I
guess I'll save myself a few bucks this week.
Footnote: Who Weekly is People magazine's Australian equivalent, so when you guys mention something you've seen in People, I know what will be in Who the next day. |

The only rationale I can see for all these "experts" proclaiming KAK as fashionista of the century is that she wears the most expensive stuff she can
get her hands on and they consider that in itself admirable. Nevermind the fact that she looks like crap in it. I could care less how expensive something is,
if it's not age/body style/event appropriate!
By the way, I still haven't seen any signs of the alleged Target clothes purchases she made in Shreveport.
