So I went with my husband and daughter and we had a great time (despite the heat which about killed this menopausal woman! - lol)
It was pretty uneventful except for KIRSTIE ALLEY! Yup, she was on the passenger side of some black SUV type thing and when whoever was driving drove by us, Kirstie started yelling something out the window like "you should try it before you ..." but then my husband turned around and saw her and recognized her and said, "hey Kirstie it's great to see you!" and she shut up and gave us all the peace sign (better than the finger). Of course, *I* missed it despite the fact that my husband only came because I begged him. There is no justice.
Anyway, we met at the Royalty theatre for some guest speakers. One of which was Mike Henderson, a former OTVIII. I've linked the speech below. He was awesome and I gave him a big hug afterwards (and about a box of kleenex letter - watch and you'll see why).
