On every post, under each member's screen name, there is a navy blue button marked "Interact". By clicking on it and choosing "My Recent
Posts", you will see every single post that individual has ever made on this board (assuming the person didn't delete any of them). This is useful if
you're looking for a post that was recently made or by a member that doesn't post that often. However, if you're looking for something that was
said 5 months ago by a frequent poster--yes, princesspeach, I'm looking at you!--you may have to try another method. Another way of searching for a
particular post is to type in a keyword in the search field near to the top of the message board page (you can perform a search within a discussion thread, a
specific forum or a general search of the whole board. To decide which search you want to do, make sure you start from the thread/forum/board main page in
question). Using common words/names like "Scientology" or "Tom Cruise" will reap tons of results for you to comb through. To narrow
things down, it's best for you to use more "unique" words or phrases that you remember from that particular post, like "Paxil
Smoothie".
When YOU initiate a discussion topic, you will notice a space under the message box area marked "Search Tags". Type in a few key words--or "tags"--that help to describe or identify your subject (e.g. if your topic is about TomKat appearing at an award show, you could type in tag words such as "TomKat", "awards", "Oscars". Minus the quote marks and don't forget to separate your tags with commas). As the original poster, you can edit or add tags to your topics at any time. You may have noticed that a list of all the tag words that have been generated by Free Katians are located at the near top of each forum page (if you don't see it, click on the "+" next to the "Search Tags" heading).
