Now I read that Karl Malden has died. By my count, this makes 9 actors who have died in the past couple of weeks. Apparently there are several musicians who
have died this month as well.
Recently Deceased Actors Ed McMahon Farrah Fawcett Michael Jackson Fred Travalena Karl Malden Harve Presnell Billy Mays David Carradine "Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!"

Malden was 97 and was ill for a long time, if I recall correctly. I'm sure it was time. May he rest in peace.

I don't know if this will mean much to our international members, but Molly Sugden who most famously played Mrs Slocombe (she of the troublesome pussy) in
the British comedy "Are You Being Served?" has died as well at age 86.
It's true that we don't know what
we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives

Thank goodness we're into July. June was becoming pretty depressing. It seemed like there was a death almost every day at the end there.
