Blownforgood aka Marc Headley posted this update on one of the anti-scientology sites. I just posted a portion for your reading pleasure....interesting, huh?

Tom Cruise is still towing the party line as well. His kids are most definitely being made into hard core Scilons. Connor Cruise was in the middle of the lower level auditing procedures known as the Objectives. At one point when Connor was not progressing well and was not showing enthusiasm for doing the auditing, Tom Cruise took Connor's cell phone away from him. Katie is still at the bottom of the Bridge and this is being seen as a situation. She is working more and this will insure that her progress is slow and takes forever. So as long as she is working, she will not get very far very fast. Everyone knows that if they push her, though, she will crack and they will lose her faster than you can say xenulicious. So she is allowed to do her thing.

That part does not surprise me. Frankly, I never believed she was "brainwashed" or being shoved into saunas and made to take CO$ classes against her will. Neither Kidman nor Cruz continued with CO$ after they and Cruise parted ways. I doubt they really expected KAK to stay once her contract was up. I think as long as Suri was being raised in CO$ and she never publicly criticised the org., they could really care less about her. (I bet there is even something about this in her contract.)

This also strengthens my belief that the reason she looks so miserable has to do with the fact she is not Nicole Kidman 2.0, not that she is being held against her will or "tortured".

I dunno, I think she's trying to get as much work, anything she can get, so that she doesn't have the Co$ breathing down her neck and watching her every move. They're so controlling, I'm sure when Katie wasn't working she had no choice but to do dodgy rundowns and hours of auditing to try and break her and get her in their clutches once and for all. Working for months in NYC and then Melbourne has given her an excuse to be far away from the Celebrity Centre and too busy to devote any time to her progress up The Bridge to Nowhere. I wouldn't be surprised if she goes on location again pretty soon - notice how she seems to almost be a healthy weight and looks the least zombie-ish she has in years? I'm sure her eating disorders are due to the total loss of control over her own life, and when she's away from Tom and the cult she gains some back.

And I think part of the reason the Co$ wanted her for Tom was because they thought she'd be easy to manipulate and brainwash. I don't think they would want their poster boy married to a woman who wasn't 100% committed.

I have to confess that were I being chauffeured in a SUV limo to a private plane for a trip away from a faux-husband - with bodyguards and nannies and very frustrated stylists in tow, no dobut - I might stay in a situation of my own free will, too!

I might sign up for that, too, MJB.

Also, she is reportedly getting a huge paycheck every month along with a ton of publicity. I would also bet money that the terms of her contract stipulate she gets a certain number of movie/tv roles, magazines covers and other perks which is not too shabby considering what she would have if she wasn't Mrs. Tom Cruise.

I believe if she was being "tortured", forced into saunas, etc. we would hear about it from people who have blown the organization. The fact that there are two sets of sources saying she is getting the kid gloves treatment makes me believe it.

I also believe that Cruise has had everything to do with the work she has gotten since she hooked up with him. She isn't getting this on her own. No way. It was reported that she was told she was not credible enough to play Wonder Woman. Based on her apperance and lack of talent, I don't think anyone is begging to work with her. If Cruise and co. wanted her to do more with that org. then surely Cruise could see that the flow of work is cut off since he is the one getting it for her in the first place.
